This Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from a 1.3 hectare commune of Saint Vallerin on an east facing slope just south of Montagny-lès-Buxy in the Côte Chalonnaise. 100% tank aging.  A beautiful expression of the grape with "nothing in the way" of the biodynamic 30 year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils. Pleasantly floral with tangerine, crisp apple, pear, slightly yeasty, crushed rocks, and precise underripe fruit.  2000 bottle production.
