Pale green, lime leaf colors. The nose has notes of snow pea, white grapefruit, coriander, verve and punchy. The palate has flavors of lemongrass, rock melon, lemonade acidity and umami.

Pairs well with scallops, soft goat cheeses, rock cod and prosciutto. Sustainably farmed.
